How it works

After receiving a description of the problem, we first determine whether it can be diagnosed remotely.

If remote access is required, a connection to the computer or server is established only with the customer's permission.

During diagnostics we may examine system operation, relevant services, configurations, logs and error messages.

If the problem can be resolved remotely, the necessary changes are performed with the customer's approval.

The customer can terminate the remote connection at any time.

Secure remote access

Remote access is performed only with the knowledge and permission of the customer.

We do not initiate unauthorized access to computers, servers, networks or other information systems.

A remote connection is used only for the time required to perform diagnostics or troubleshooting and may be terminated by the customer at any time.

Before major system or configuration changes, creating an appropriate backup is recommended whenever possible.

Privacy

Information located on a customer's computer or server is accessed only when necessary for technical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

We do not request personal or confidential information that is not necessary to resolve the technical problem.

Passwords and access credentials are not stored whenever this can reasonably be avoided.

Before starting a remote support session, customers are advised to close or protect documents and applications containing personal, financial or other confidential information.

Important information

Not every technical problem can be resolved remotely.

Hardware failures, physical damage, failing storage devices or defective network equipment may require on-site service or replacement of the affected component.

If diagnostics indicate that a problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will inform the customer accordingly.

Remote technical support is not a substitute for a complete information security audit, penetration test or continuous security monitoring service.

Contact

If you are experiencing a technical problem with a computer, server or online service, send us a message.

Please describe the problem as clearly as possible. The more information you provide, the faster we can begin the diagnostic process.

By sending this message, you acknowledge the data processing information described in the Privacy section.

Security: remote access is performed only with the customer's permission. The customer may terminate the remote connection at any time.
